Delivery Estimates

From when your items ship, products typically arrive within 1-2 working days for South Island deliveries and 2-3 working days for North Island deliveries. Rural deliveries may take an extra working day. Bulk & hazard deliveries may take an extra 2-4 working days.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $300 within New Zealand, we charge a $12 shipping fee for all orders under $300.

Delivery Partners

Magnum Sound and Vision uses many courier partners in NZ for delivering orders to customers. They include NZ Post, Castle Parcels, Post Haste, NZ Couriers, and Mainfreight. The courier partner used for your order is dependent on location, delivery timeframe and parcel size. Magnum Sound and Vision will email you a tracking link once one of our courier partners has collected your item(s) from us. This tracking link can also be found on the order details page of your online Magnum Sound and Vision account.

Shipping Security & Insurance

All orders shipped by Magnum Sound and Vision are sent via a courier with a signature required for each delivery. In some cases, and only where you have given the courier company permission to leave orders at a designated location, your order may be delivered without requiring a signature. All orders sent by Magnum Sound and Vision are fully insured in the unlikely event that your item(s) are damaged or go missing in transit.

Split Shipping Orders With Out-Of-Stock Items

Orders containing out-of-stock items will usually be split shipped. This means shipping the available in-stock items first, rather than waiting on all the items in the order to become available in-stock, before shipping the order.
